Hobsons is currently partnering with Plan to build a school complex in Ghana. Their funds will build 6 classrooms, a library, latrines and a computer lab as well as providing resources for the schools and access to clean water. Hobsons' employees traveled to Ghana with Plan USA staff to visit the school complex their donations are funding.

GE and Plan are working together to help children in Ghana stay in school and gain the skills, hope, and confidence that come with education. GE employees are contributing toward 3-year scholarships for children and the GE Foundation matches the employee efforts.

Ramada Maingate - At The Park currently funds an education project for children in Indonesia. This initiative will support Plan's Learn Without Fear campaign to reduce the incidence and prevent bullying and violence in 40 targeted schools. To encourage their guests to contribute, Ramada Maingate - At The Park matches each dollar donated to this project.

Citibank and Plan are currently working together on the Citi School Bank Project in Thailand, which provides hands-on financial education through school banking systems run by children ages 10-18. The school banks will provide a forum for up to 2,000 children to save funds, develop positive attitudes towards savings, gain basic financial skills and develop an understanding of their rights and responsibilities.

As part of Target’s plans to give $1 billion for education by the end of 2015, the company and Plan China have partnered to implement a Teachers’ Professional Development Center. The center will provide teacher training and capacity improvements focused on child development and learning methods. The program will serve 7,378 students and 499 teachers.
