Letter from the editor
One of the great rewards of working in over 60 countries alongside children, families and communities is that you often come away at the end of the day with solid evidence of your programs’ achievements.
Children’s smiles, parents’ expressions of relief, better trained teachers, healthier newborns, stronger community leadership each demonstrating that we're moving closer toward our ultimate goal: achieving lasting improvements in the lives of children living in poverty.
But what good is good news if it’s not shared?
This issue features a few of our most recent good news stories. Go ahead sit back, relax and feel proud of all that your support is helping accomplish. In fact, feel free to forward this eNews on to someone with whom you’d like to share some good news.
