Letter from the editor
Last month we announced that Plan had completely phased out of Albania, where the support of people like you had helped us make lasting improvements in the lives of children during the ten years Plan worked there.

This month we’re proud to announce that Plan is opening a new fundraising office in Hong Kong – three decades after closing our program operations there. From 1959 to 1973 we provided over 12,000 children and families with education, food, healthcare, housing and employment counseling. This year, Plan Hong Kong will be the first Plan office in Asia to make the transition from a program office to a fundraising office, welcoming more international sponsors and donors to the Plan family.
