December 2016: Let's Go!

Together, our journey continues. It will not be easy, but we are ready for the challenge. Let’s go!

Letter from the Editor

It feels like all we did was blink. Is 2016 over already?

With another year in the books, it’s always important to take a moment to reflect on where we’ve been and where we'll go from here.

In 2016, we accomplished enormous feats. Together, we made vital strides in our ongoing mission to alleviate childhood poverty. We empowered girls and amplified the voices of youth everywhere. We developed and grew important partnerships with inspiring children.

2017 will be a momentous year for all of us. It will be Plan's 80th anniversary as an organization. While our mission has evolved since our refugee relief work during the Spanish Civil War inspired thousands of donors and sponsors, our objective is still the same: We believe the promise of children far exceeds the poverty they were born into.

Together, our journey continues. It will not be easy, but we are ready for the challenge. Let’s go!
