Elizabeth is a partner at Verrill Dana. She has extensive experience in corporate, antitrust, and health care law, having represented both for-profit and nonprofit organizations before the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. Additional practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, trade regulation, and gaming.
Before joining Verrill Dana, Elizabeth was a corporate partner at Hinckley Allen & Snyder. She also served as executive counsel to the governor’s office in Rhode Island. She is involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations aside from Plan, including the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Textron Chamber of Commerce Academy, and the Providence Performing Arts Center. Ms. Myers also serves as the Chair Emeritus of WaterFire Providence. In 1992, she was appointed by Senators Inouye and McCain to draft amendments to the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
Elizabeth is a member of the American and Rhode Island Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Ohio.
