How do I create MyPlan account?

Visit and select “click here” to set up your username and password.

Enter your email address and Plan number before clicking “check for account.” Your Plan number is the same as your sponsor number, which is included in the welcome kit you received. If you do not have your sponsor number, you can search with just your email address.

You will then receive an email with a link to set up your password.

Note: this will be sent to the email address we have in our system for you. If you are unsure if you have provided an email address, please contact a member of our friendly Donor Loyalty team at 800.556.7918 or [email protected].

Update a payment method

How can I update my credit card through MyPlan?

Once you have logged into your MyPlan, select “Account” and choose “Recurring donations” on the left. Once the page loads choose “Make a Payment/Update Information.”

Please note, if you have multiple gifts, you will need to update your financial information for each one.

How can I update my bank information through MyPlan?

At this time, you are not able to update your bank account information through MyPlan. Please call 800.556.7918 and one of our Donor Loyalty Representatives will be happy to assist you. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. You can also mail your information to the following address:
