How can I update my username or password?
After logging into MyPlan, select “Account” then “Profile settings.” After entering your new information, click “Update” to save.
How can I update my mailing address or phone number?
After logging into MyPlan, select “Account” then choose “Contact information.” After entering your contact details, click “Update” to save.
How can I adjust my mailing preferences?
After logging into MyPlan, select “Account” then “Email and mail preferences.” After adjusting your preferences, click “Update” to save.
Update billing information
How can I update my credit card through MyPlan?
Once you have logged in, select ‘Account’ on the left hand navigation, and then choose ‘Recurring donations’. From here, choose the orange button to update your credit card information for the gift you would like to update your payment method for.
How can I update my bank information through MyPlan?
At this time, you are not able to update your bank account information through MyPlan. Please call 800.556.7918 and one of our Donor Loyalty Representatives will be happy to assist you. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. You can also mail your information to the following address:

Get tax receipt
How can I access an electronic copy of my annual tax receipt?
Once you have logged in, click the “Tax receipt” button to download your recent receipt.
For reference, Plan International USA’s Tax ID Number is, 13-5661832.
Send a letter and gift to sponsored child
How can I send a letter to my sponsored child through MyPlan?
Once you have logged in, select the “My sponsored children” option on the left. Click on the picture of the child you would like to write to, and select the option to write a letter or send a postcard. If you are having an issue attaching a photo, it may be too large and need to be resized.
How can I send a Little Treasure or Sunny Days to my sponsored child?
Once you have logged in, click the “Gifts” option on the left. Then select either “Little Treasure” or “Sunny Days.” Your sponsored child’s picture, along with a list of available gifts, will appear.
Select which gifts you’d like to send. If you like, you can include a short message that will be delivered with your gift. Please note, if you have multiple sponsored children you will have to complete this step for each child.
Scroll to the bottom and click “Checkout” to enter your billing information.
How can I discontinue my sponsorship through MyPlan?
We understand your circumstances may change, and you can end your sponsorship at any time.
