Plan International USA’s leadership team is committed to Plan’s ultimate goal of developing sustainable solutions that end the cycle of child poverty.

Plan International USA is governed by a 14-member Board of Directors led by a chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, and treasurer. The Board of Directors oversees a five-person Executive Team responsible for running day-to-day business operations, including international programming, marketing, finance, and human resources.

Alongside the Board of Directors and consistent with Plan’s child and youth-driven mission, Plan’s Youth Advisory Board provides youth input into decision-making, while coordinating projects and campaigns related to Plan’s work, including the network of teenage activists in Youth United for Global Action and Awareness (YUGA).
