Rwanda: Twiyubake (Improved Services for Vulnerable Populations)

The USAID/Twiyubake Program identifies and assists 50,000 vulnerable households (250,000 children, youth & adults) by reducing economic vulnerability and empowering parents to make investments to meet the unique needs of young children and adolescents. The program, implemented by Global Communities with the support of Plan, capitalizes upon USAID support to the Government of Rwanda and civil society partners to facilitate vulnerable populations’ access to health and social services that enable them to live productive lives.
