Bailey Fisher (she/her) is a recent UCLA graduate, where she studied international relations and Spanish. She is passionate about social change and elevating the voices of women and young people globally. At UCLA, Bailey was named a Changemaker Scholar, where she conducted research on youth engagement in local politics and worked with high school students weekly to enact an advocacy project in their communities. Bailey is currently pursuing a career in political campaigns, fundraising and organizing.

Bailey joined Plan USA’s Youth Advisory Board in 2021 after she attended Plan’s 2019 Youth Leadership Academy and collaborated with Plan in the Dominican Republic while volunteering for Amigos International. She represented Plan on International Day of the Girl for a Takeover of Creative Artists Agency’s executive director of foundations position in Los Angeles. Her work with Plan now focuses on youth engagement, including the Youth Leadership Academy and International Day of the Girl.

In her free time, Bailey loves to attend concerts, explore L.A. and spend time with her nephew.
