Emanuela is a public affairs professional with extensive experience in grassroots campaign outreach and political strategy. She currently serves as a senior director of global development for MGM Resorts International, where she provides strategic political and operational expertise for the company’s development efforts on the East Coast and in Japan. Prior to MGM, she was the director of statewide outreach for Access Health CT, where she oversaw the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, successfully helping thousands of Connecticut residents obtain health care coverage. She has led teams on state and local political campaigns in Connecticut and on Barack Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign in the key battleground state of Florida.
Emanuela is an avid cyclist and has been afforded tremendous travel opportunities, having visited over 55 countries around the world. She holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of New Haven and a master of public administration from Howard University.
