Isabella (she/her), originally from Colombia, is a dedicated advocate for girls’ education and environmental justice. At the age of 21, she is currently a double-major student at Lake Forest College in Illinois, where she is pursuing degrees in environmental studies and international relations.

Passionate about making a meaningful impact, Isabella serves as the executive director of She EDUCATES , an educational platform that champions transformative academic curriculums through feminist pedagogy. Her commitment revolves around ensuring equitable access to education for girls in the Americas and beyond. Through She EDUCATES, she tirelessly promotes the importance of education as a catalyst for positive change.

Beyond her role with She EDUCATES, Isabella actively engages with various organizations dedicated to empowering girls and women. As a youth activist for the United Nations Girls’ Education Initiative, Girl Up and UNICEF, she collaborates with like-minded individuals, advocating for gender equality and supporting initiatives that foster the well-being of children and youth.
