The Youth Leadership Academy Application


Thank you for your interest in the YLA! Please be sure to complete all of the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) to ensure that your application can be submitted for review. Once your application has been submitted, you will be taken to a confirmation page.

If you are unable to submit your application and see the confirmation page, please review your application for missing information and then re-submit the form.

In addition to completing the application, please submit one letter of recommendation from a teacher or supervisor. Recommendations from family members will not be accepted. 

The priority application deadline is Thursday, March 15, 2018. Once the application and all supporting materials are received, selected applicants will be contacted for interviews, which will occur on a rolling basis. After March 15th, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all YLA spots are filled. All applicants will be notified by April 30th of their application status.
