Participants will begin working with Plan remotely in June 2022, and then attend the four-day residential academy in Washington D.C. from July 18-21. After the residential academy, YLA members will work closely with Plan staff and mentors to launch their projects.

Program benefits:

  • Gain expertise in designing and implementing young people-led projects.
  • Unpack and understand the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and gender inequality.
  • Develop your personal leadership style.
  • Build a network of likeminded young leaders.
