Plan is committed to transparency and accountability

For more than 85 years, Plan International USA has been part of a global network striving for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls.

Powered by our supporters, we partner with adolescent girls and children in more than 67,000 communities around the world to overcome oppression and gender inequality. We provide support and resources unique to their needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential with dignity, opportunity and safety. Our goal is to leave communities with the tools, knowledge and commitment to remove obstacles and create paths to a better life for everyone. This approach not only builds sustainable development programs, but the capacity of communities to continue development on their own terms.

Our commitment to accountability and ethical practices is central to everything we do. We believe that because our donors and sponsors are truly partners, the use of their contributions should be administered in an open and  transparent manner.
