Visit your sponsored child

The experience of a lifetime

Visiting your sponsored child and their community gives you the chance to see their world up close.

On your trip, you’ll:

— Meet your sponsored child and their family.

— Tour the child’s community with Plan staff and see first-hand the projects made possible by sponsors like you.

— Experience the culture of another country.

As travel permits, all visits must be arranged through Plan International USA at least six weeks in advance of your desired trip date by contacting our Donor Loyalty Team at 800.556.7918 or [email protected].

As you begin planning your trip, we ask that you complete the following:

— Read Plan’s Safeguarding Policy, which includes our Visit Policy.

— Fill out the form acknowledging that you have read the Safeguarding Policy and agree to comply with these policies.

— Submit your domestic criminal background check authorization online.

— If applicable, you may need to submit a release form authorizing an international background check.

Please return signed forms to Plan International USA, 275 Promenade Street Suite 225, Providence, RI 02908. If you would like to return your forms electronically, you may upload them securely.

Once your forms are received and processed, a member of our Donor Loyalty team will contact you regarding next steps in planning your individual visit.

If you have any questions about visiting your sponsored child, please contact us.
