Toni Garrn

Antonia “Toni” Garrn, born in Hamburg, Germany, is a German model, philanthropist and activist. Toni lived with her family in Athens and London from 1995 to 2001, returning to Hamburg to complete her high school education.

Toni’s big break in the fashion industry came after signing an exclusive contract with Calvin Klein in 2008. Since then, she has worked with some of the most prestigious international fashion and beauty brands like Versace, Prada, Chanel, Elie Saab, L’Oréal, Victoria’s Secret, Dior and Cartier.

Toni has been a committed and active supporter of Plan International for more than a decade. At the age of 16, she became a sponsor for a girl in Vietnam. She officially became an ambassador for Plan International’s global Because I am a Girl campaign in 2014 and has hosted and co-hosted several fundraising events in support of Plan.

In 2015, Toni traveled to Zimbabwe to visit Plan schools and learn more about the unique barriers that are keeping girls out of school. After her visit, she worked with Plan to establish the Educational Opportunities in Zimbabwe Project, which improved access to food, health services, safe water and quality education for more than 200 girls!

In February of 2016, Toni Garrn established the Toni Garrn Foundation (FA Hamburg Nord. 17/417/01908), which aims to raise money for projects advocating for and advancing girls’ rights.

Through her foundation and her continued partnership with Plan, Toni is working towards a world where all children — especially girls — can realize their full potential.

Toni currently lives in New York City and Hamburg. To learn more about her foundation, please visit tonigarrnfoundation.org.
