During the YLA, you’ll make lifelong friends and become a part of Plan’s national network of 500+ young leaders who are advancing gender equality and elevating young voices. By the end of the program, you’ll have implemented an impactful project that engages your peers and makes a difference in your community, with the support of a mentor from Plan’s Youth Advisory Board.
After the YLA, you’ll become part of a network of young people leading change all over the world. You’ll be invited to special events, participate in an exclusive LinkedIn group, and have the opportunity to advocate for policy change, apply for Plan’s Youth Advisory Board and engage in activities to advance gender equality — like Plan’s International Day of the Girl Youth Summit.
